I've been hearing it for a long time, and this book takes it to a whole new level. "Don't take pictures, make pictures". Matt Kloskowski gives us the ins and outs of making images with Photoshop. What makes this book so good is the tips and tricks to keep your images from appearing in Photoshop disasters. Making lighting and focal length match, etc. He also shows you the long way of doing things, then if there's a plugin that makes things easier, he'll tell you about it, though some of those plugins are very expensive. I highly recommend picking up a copy, if it's back in stock.
